The Tigers (7-5) fell to a strong Coventry squad Thursday evening. The Comets jumped out to a quick lead at 2′. Nate Kramer answered for the Tigers with an equalizing goal at the 3′ mark of the first half. A Mateo Herrera goal gave Massillon a 2-1 lead, but the Comets scored late in the half to tie the game. An early second half goal gave Coventry the lead for good, as they would play strong defense on their side of the pitch to win 3-2.
