Tigers Can’t Control the Glass, Can’t Get the Calls in Big Loss to Hoover
Massillon was routed in North Canton tonight. The Tigers fell behind by 16 at the half and could not hold their own in the second half. They fell 65-34 for their first loss since January 10th. Hoover outplayed the Tigers under the basket and forced them to take low-percentage shots from the outside. The Tigers couldn’t get many calls either… Hoover was overly physical in the paint on defense and the Tigers could not draw many fouls. Technical fouls were also issued to the Tigers on a couple separate occasions.
BOX– Chris Knight (12 points), Terrelle Keyes (7 points), Isaiah Lamp (5 points), Xavier Williams (4 points), Gio Jackson (2 points), Marcus Garner (2 points), Isaiah Maxheimer (2 points)
Although it wasn’t the Tigers’ night tonight, you can see them have another go at it in their regular season finale on Thursday versus International Sports Academy (0-11). The game is at home– tip is at 7.
