The Tigers are all over the stat sheet on the Stark County basketball leaderboards. Both the boys’ and girls’ teams feature multiple athletes on the lists of the best in the county.
Tigers’ star Chris Knight is second in the county in points with 405– he averages 22.5 a game. Also among the top 50 scorers in the county are Gio Jackson (206 points/11.4 per game), Xavier Williams (192 points/10.7 per game), and Terrelle Keyes (170 points/10 per game). Chris Knight is a top 25 rebounder, averaging 5.2 a game (93 total). The Tigers also have two top 10 players in assists– Braylon Gamble (78/4.3 per game) is 7th in Stark County and Isaiah Lamp (75/4.2 per game) is 8th. Gio Jackson has the best field goal percentage in the county at 68.3%– he is 86-126 from the floor. Chris Knight is in the top 20 with a 55.1% field goal percentage (150-272). Braylon Gamble (53.3/49-92) and Jadyce Thigpen (53.1/60-113) are also among the top in Stark County. Chris Knight is the second-best free throw shooter in the county at 85.5% (47-55). La Nia Moore is 8th in points per game with 15.9 and she is 7th in overall points with 350. Hannah Nicola is 11th in ppg with 14.4 and is 10th in points scored with 316. The Lady Tigers also have two of the top rebounders in the county– La Nia Moore (top overall rebounder with 242 and 3rd in average with 11 per game) and Delaney Pierce (2nd overall with 226 and 5th in average with 10.3 per game). Delaney Pierce is 2nd in both assists (128) and assists per game (5.3)– Hannah Nicola is 12th with 67 assists and 14th in assists per game with 3. La Nia Moore is 10th in the county with a 48.7% field goal percentage (154-316). Hannah Nicola is the 6th best free throw shooter at 78.3% (36-46). She also has the 3rd best 3pt % at 38% (44-118). Delaney Pierce (32.9%/28-85) and Jaryn Wolff (32.1%/49-153) are also in the county’s top 15 in three point percentage.
