Lady Tigers Stomp McKinley for First Win Versus Bulldogs in 22 Years
Massillon strode through Wednesday night’s rivalry game versus McKinley. From start to finish it was all Tigers. After the first quarter, the Lady Tigers led by 17. At the half they took a 56-20 lead. A running clock made the second half fly by… the final score was Massillon 79 – McKinley 36. Three-pointers were in abundance and steals came with ease for an aggressive Massillon team who looks ready to make a tournament run.
This game marks the first time in 22 years that the Lady Tigers have beaten McKinley— just one of the many record achievements this season by Coach Pierce and his squad. The 43 point loss was the largest in McKinley history versus any opponent.
